The main issue we had with the employees was their lack of knowledge about what was going on around them. The employees are all extremely friendly although it did get tiring of hearing 'we're sorry' when we mentioned our troubles. Our visit started in frustration but because of some very helpful employees who made it up to us with food credit and comped room, we ended up with a very nice visit. We had some early issues with our room as described below.
